  1. Refund Eligibility Refunds are available under the following conditions:
    • Online Training Programs: Requests must be made within 2 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
    • Live Training Programs: Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the training session begins.
    • Custom Corporate Training: Refunds are not available for custom corporate training sessions once scheduled.
  1. Non-Refundable Items The following are non-refundable:
    • Registration fees.
    • Any course materials already delivered.
    • Completed training sessions or workshops.

    • Provide the reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

  1. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
