Part-Time Salesforce Agentforce Trainer (Remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Salesforce Agentforce Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality virtual training sessions to Salesforce Agentforce users, focusing on platform fundamentals, best practices, and productivity tips to help agents succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live online training sessions for new and existing Agentforce users.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and user guides.
  • Customize training based on the learner’s roles (sales agents, managers, admins).
  • Evaluate participants’ learning and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and Agentforce features.
  • Collaborate with the training and HR teams to identify learning needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce, particularly Agentforce.
  • Previous experience as a trainer, mentor, or coach (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows and Salesforce automation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote training schedules.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience in real estate, insurance, or any sales-oriented industry using Agentforce.
