Part-Time Salesforce Administrator Trainer / Tutor (Remote)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Administrator Trainer/Tutor to deliver engaging and effective online training sessions. This is a part-time remote opportunity ideal for professionals who want to share their Salesforce expertise with aspiring admins, students, or working professionals seeking certification or upskilling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live online training or tutoring sessions on Salesforce Administration fundamentals and advanced topics.
• Customize lessons based on the learner’s level (beginner to intermediate).
• Assist learners in understanding Salesforce concepts such as workflows, reports, dashboards, user management, data management, and security.
• Prepare or review training materials, exercises, and assessments.
• Track student progress and provide feedback and mentorship.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and certification guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, configuration, and platform features.
• Experience in teaching, training, or tutoring (online or in-person).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential (required or in-progress).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder).
• Familiarity with virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms).
• Experience training individuals preparing for Salesforce certification exams.
