Salesforce Developer Trainer / Tutor (Part-Time, Remote)

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer Trainer/Tutor to join our team and deliver high-quality online training sessions. This is a part-time remote role ideal for certified Salesforce developers who enjoy mentoring and want to help learners build real-world development skills on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live or recorded online training sessions on Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration concepts.
• Design structured lesson plans and hands-on exercises tailored to beginner and intermediate learners.
• Prepare learners for Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II).
• Provide 1:1 tutoring support and personalized feedback to students.
• Monitor progress and address questions related to real-time scenarios and use cases.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and development trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong command of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Previous experience as a trainer, mentor, or tutor (preferred but not mandatory).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Developer II is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Familiarity with remote teaching tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or LMS platforms).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience training bootcamp students or working professionals.
• Ability to provide project-based learning and code reviews.
• Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools, Git, or CI/CD pipelines is a bonus.
