We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Trainer/Tutor to deliver high-quality online training to individuals and professionals looking to advance their marketing automation skills. This part-time remote role is perfect for certified SFMC experts with a strong foundation in Email Studio, Journey Builder, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging online training sessions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud concepts and tools.
• Deliver structured lessons covering Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, and more.
• Customize training based on learner levels (beginner to advanced).
• Assist learners in preparing for Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
• Provide personalized tutoring and support for live projects or real-world use cases.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Stay current with Salesforce product updates and marketing automation trends.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong expertise in SFMC tools: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification (required); Consultant certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with virtual classroom platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and data extensions.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, campaign automation, and A/B testing.
• Corporate training experience or curriculum development background is a bonus.
