Salesforce LWC Trainer / Tutor (Part-Time, Remote)

Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced and passionate Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Trainer/Tutor to provide high-quality virtual instruction to aspiring developers and professionals. This is a flexible part-time role ideal for individuals who want to share their deep knowledge of Salesforce LWC and front-end development concepts with a global learner base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live or recorded online sessions focused on Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Teach LWC fundamentals, JavaScript ES6+, Apex integration, event handling, and component architecture.
• Develop and deliver training materials, coding exercises, and mini-projects.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring or group tutoring sessions based on learner needs.
• Help learners prepare for Salesforce certifications and real-world job readiness.
• Keep content up-to-date with Salesforce platform changes and LWC best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce LWC development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce component architecture.
• Experience with Apex classes, SOQL, and Salesforce data model.
• Previous training, tutoring, or mentoring experience (preferred).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Developer II is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to guide learners through hands-on projects and coding challenges.
• Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or learning management systems (LMS).
