Salesforce Consultant Trainer (Part-Time, Remote)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and certified Salesforce Consultant Trainer to deliver high-impact virtual training sessions to individuals and professionals preparing for Salesforce Consultant roles. This part-time opportunity is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce solutions and want to share their consulting expertise through flexible online teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live or recorded online training on Salesforce consulting principles, business analysis, and cloud-specific solutions (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Teach CRM implementation strategy, stakeholder engagement, solution design, and configuration best practices.
• Help learners prepare for Salesforce Consultant certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
• Develop and update training content, including use cases, quizzes, and project scenarios.
• Mentor learners on career paths, client interaction skills, and real-world consulting approaches.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with hands-on project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, client onboarding, requirement gathering, and solution mapping.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant Certification (required).
• Prior experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with remote teaching platforms (Zoom, Meet, or LMS tools).

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to break down complex consulting scenarios for non-technical learners.
• Exposure to industry-specific Salesforce solutions (healthcare, finance, etc.).
• Knowledge of agile project management and Salesforce implementation lifecycle.
